Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh, with partners: Soldiers & Sailors Museum, Hosanna House, Inc., CIVEASE, North Coast Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc., and author Chandra Donelson to offer FREE Children’s Museum Admission for everyone in honor of Veterans Day, with hands-on activities and special programs:
- Letter Writing Station to thank veterans
- Replicas of a World War II soldier’s items (courtesy of Soldiers & Sailors Museum)
- New exhibit: Aim High: Soaring with the Tuskegee Airmen (created in partnership with Hosanna House, Inc.)
- Info and engagement with local organization CIVEASE
- 1:00 pm*: Storytime with author Chandra Donelson reading The Data Detective at the Airport
- 2:00 pm*: Presentation + Q&A with North Coast Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc.
