Now Offering Baseball Lessons & Remote Player Development – Ave Maria, FL & Nationwide I’m Nate Marko — hitting coach at Ave. I’ve trained hundreds of high school and college athletes across the country, and this fall I’ll be offering in-person private lessons at Bowies Ballpark, home of the Ave Maria Gyrenes, as well as year-round remote player development programming for athletes everywhere. Whether you’re local and looking for hands-on instruction or you’re ready to level up through high-quality remote training, I’ve partnered with a facility from back home in Pittsburgh to built a system that gives athletes the tools, structure, and feedback they need to actually get better — not just go through the motions. Private Lessons in Ave Maria, FL – Starting in September! If you’re in the Ave Maria or Naples area, I’ll be offering a limited number of private and small group lessons starting this fall. As the hitting coach at Ave Maria University, each athlete will get to train just like our college hitters using all of the tools and equipment that my athletes use on a daily basis. Before coming to Ave, I was a hitting trainer at Driveline Baseball, in Seattle WA. Driveline is the premier baseball player development facility in the country. During my time at Driveline, I worked with college and professional baseball players from indy ball guys to top MLB draft picks, like 2024 MLB Draft #1 overall pick, Travis Bazanna. Lessons are available for: Hitting: Swing mechanics, approach, and drills for bat speed and bat to ball skills and swing decisions. Space is limited and most of my training will be in structured development blocks — not one-off lessons. That means athletes will work with me across multiple weeks, giving us time to build skills that stick and translate to the field.
